A beautiful collectible 4 stamp block set of U.S. postage stamps issued February 20th, 1962 in honor of the first orbital flight with a U.S. astronaut. Lt. Colonel John H. Glenn Jr. piloted the Atlas launched "Friendship 7" Capsule on a 4 hour, 55 minute 22 second three orbit flight.
These stamps have never been used and are as fresh as the day they were sold at the Post Office almost 60 years ago! Suitable for framing, they would make a great gift to anyone who worked in the space industry or is interested in space exploration!

These are brochures and an iron-transfer from Rockwell Space Systems. Brochures include "Space Shuttle - for down to earth benefits", "The Extraordinary Legacy of Apollo", and "Solar Powered Satellites". Also included is an iron-on transfer of the Shuttle Enterprise in commemoration of its test flights. The
brochures and iron-on transfer are in very good condition with minimal shelf wear; the Apollo brochure has age spotting on several pages as shown in the picture.
