The signature is in blue sharpie across the bottom, right of the piece and the item is in Near Mint to Mint condition. The item comes in a hard plastic, screw down holder. The picture on the left hand side is a Colorano Cachet and is made from silk.
The stamp is an unused .18 "Exploring the Moon" The cover was stamped in May of 1981 at The Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
